Is not that has life time warranty? If so why leather color changed in less than 3 months? This is not acceptable quality and I request replacement or full refund.

The product is fantastic! Beautiful and obviously made with the finest materials. It however took more than 6 weeks for me to receive this briefcase from day of purchase. I had to contact support after a while and they were responsive. The wait was worth it though. This is definitely high standard and looks a lot more expensive than it is.
